The Audubon Park Garden District, a Great American Main Street Award winning neighborhood in Orlando, Florida, will host its Retro Modern Home Tour on Saturday, April 6, 2019. This self-guided tour will feature beautiful examples of mid-century modern architecture, as well as stunning modern designs. Advance tickets for the Home Tour (1 to 5 p.m.) by itself are currently just $20 per person or you can upgrade your Home Tour ticket to include the After Party, which immediately follows the Home Tour and takes place 5 to 7 p.m. inside East End Market's beautiful event space (3201 Corrine Drive Orlando 32803). The After Party package includes live music, appetizers, raffles and a cash bar. Tickets for the Home Tour and After Party are currently just $35. Please note: The After Party event space has limited capacity so these tickets will sell out - don't wait to purchase.

How can I buy tickets?
Can I bring children or pets on the tour?
Children under 12 years of age will be admitted free, but must be closely supervised in all houses. No pets, other than service animals, are allowed on the tour.
How many houses will be featured on the tour?
Guests can expect between six and eight houses on the tour.
What is the tour route?
The tour is self-guided and features houses that are located throughout the Audubon Park Garden District, a community which includes Audubon Park, Beeman Park, Lake Sue and more. Our volunteers will recommend a cluster of houses for you to start your tour. Given the size of our community, you may find it easier to drive from one house to another. Please note, we do not make public the list of houses prior to the tour.
Any additional information I should know about attending the tour?
Photography of home interiors will be allowed at select homes. Please refer to signage at the entrance of each home and if you are unsure, please feel free to ask a docent. The Home Tour is from 1 to 5 p.m. and the After Party is 5 to 7 p.m. Check in the day of the event is at charming, historic Emmanuel Episcopal Church (1603 East Winter Park Road, Orlando 32803).
Where do the funds raised from the tour go?
The proceeds from the tour goes to the Audubon Park Garden District Main Street program and towards its mission to create the most economically and environmentally sustainable community in Central Florida.
